Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our program, enrollment process, and how we support children and families.
Our program serves children ages 18–60 months who would benefit from intensive early intervention. Many families come to us after noticing delayed speech, developmental concerns, or following guidance from their pediatrician after a screening or diagnosis.
Getting started begins with a referral or initial inquiry. From there, families submit diagnostic documentation, complete an intake interview, and participate in an assessment. Our team then works with your insurance provider to obtain authorization before therapy begins.
Children participate in structured therapy five days per week, totaling 15–18 hours. Sessions include individual instruction and small group learning, led by behaviorally trained providers
Our program targets key areas of early development, including communication, social engagement, play, and learning. Specific goals include social communication, imitation, joint attention, symbolic play, and functional communication.
Parents are an important part of the program through weekly coaching sessions. Our team works closely with families to share strategies, provide guidance, and support continued learning at home.
